The Hi5 Partners team have worked in both startups, blue chip corporates and consultancies. We understand the needs of startups but also what it takes to operate efficiently at scale. We will get the most out of every business through a combination of a strong focus on target setting, accountability, process and an optimum use of software and AI.
Talent
Talent is the lifeblood of any company. Hoding on to talent is hard for growth stage businesses who passed the dreams of an early stage usiness but don’t have a large enough organisation yet to offer continuous career opportunities. Our unique approach gives founders and talent the opportunity to grow into larger roles, and larger upsides across our portfolio.

Our goal is to get our portfolio of businesses to scale fast, not just sustaining the existing business. We look for companies that are already cash flow positive or close to it. To get to scale faster, we invest in building a portfolio of similar business that can help each other accelerate growth and share costs.
